By accessing the Zana website and joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or submit your information.

2. Service description

Zana is a logistics operating system currently in pre-launch development. The waitlist page allows you to register your interest and secure early access priority. Zana is a product of Drwintech LTD, registered in Kigali, Rwanda.

3. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase, subscription, or binding agreement. It grants you:

• Priority notification when Zana launches
• Eligibility for founder pricing (details to be announced)
• Early access to the platform before public availability

We reserve the right to modify waitlist benefits, launch timelines, and pricing at any time.

4. User obligations

You agree to:

• Provide a valid email address
• Not submit multiple entries with different emails to manipulate your position
• Not attempt to interfere with the operation of this website

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, logos, and graphics — is the property of Drwintech LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Disclaimer

The information on this page describes a product under development. Features, pricing, launch dates, and service descriptions are subject to change. Screenshots and platform previews shown are representative of intended functionality and may differ from the final product.

7. Limitation of liability

Drwintech LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in the waitlist.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kigali.
